The minimum amount to place an order from the UK is 135£ or 160€.

Delivery via DHL is 6.88£ or 8€.

The shipping delay is 24h (outside weekends and public holidays) for any order placed before 2 pm, and the delivery delay can vary depending on customs (2-10 business days).

Since Brexit, new directives have been put into place regarding online shopping.

UK orders may be subject to duties and taxes. Please note these charges are not included in your purchase price of the goods or shipping costs.

Sessùn is not liable for any duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the UK.

DHL will contact you directly to make a payment. Please know your parcel will be held in customs until the amount is paid.

To make a return from the UK:

You have to make your return request within 15 business days after receiving your order.

To do so, please log into your customer account:

-Go to HELLO / My orders
-Click on the relevant order.
-Then on « Return products».

You will then be able to download a return form that you can slip into your parcel.

Please follow the steps below:

-use standard mail via Royal Mail (do not use express mail).
-make sure the customs declaration form says it is returned goods (color, size, etc...) and write the tracking number from your initial order on it.
-slip the order invoice into the parcel and if possible the customs documents of that order (CN23 form).
